Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals and support operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement, operations, and finance, to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards throughout the supply chain process.
  • Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor supply chain team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.
