Supply Chain Manager - 35415 UAE / Dubai 5-10 Years experience N/A - N/A Package On-site Apply for this job Job Summary: Our client is a premium luxury footwear brand known for sophisticated design, craftsmanship, and elevated customer experience. With a focus on high-end fashion retail, they deliver exclusive collections while maintaining exceptional quality, service, and brand standards. We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager from a high-end retail / luxury fashion brand background to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The role will be responsible for sourcing, production coordination, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, and retail replenishment to ensure seamless product availability across all sales channels while protecting the brand s premium customer promise. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in luxury retail operations, international sourcing, demand planning, and supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Strategy & Operations Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth plans and seasonal collections. Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, production follow-up, inbound shipments, warehousing, and final delivery. Ensure smooth coordination between design, merchandising, retail, e-commerce, and finance teams. Build scalable processes to support expansion into new markets and channels. Inventory Management & Demand Planning Lead demand forecasting based on sales trends, launches, seasonality, and market demand. Maintain optimum stock levels across boutiques, online channels, and warehouses. Reduce stock shortages, overstocks, and aged inventory through effective planning. Monitor sell-through performance and recommend replenishment actions. Vendor & Production Management Manage relationships with international manufacturers, suppliers, and sourcing partners. Oversee production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of new collections and repeat orders. Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs, and service agreements while maintaining premium quality standards. Conduct supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Logistics & Distribution Oversee import/export operations, customs clearance, shipping schedules, and freight partners. Ensure timely deliveries to retail stores, customers, and distributors. Optimize transportation costs while maintaining service excellence. Manage third-party logistics providers and warehouse partners. Quality & Compliance Ensure all products meet premium quality expectations before dispatch. Maintain compliance with UAE regulations, customs requirements, and international trade standards. Implement SOPs for stock handling, returns, and operational controls. Reporting & Leadership Track KPIs such as stock availability, lead times, OTIF, inventory turnover, and logistics costs. Prepare management reports with insights and recommendations. Lead and develop the supply chain team to drive operational excellence. Requirements: Bachelor s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Strong knowledge of demand planning, sourcing, inventory management, and international logistics. Experience managing suppliers and factories across multiple countries. Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory platforms, and reporting tools. Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent communication skills in English. Preferred Background Candidates from luxury footwear, designer fashion, premium handbags, accessories, or high-end department stores will be highly preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management within luxury retail / premium fashion / high-end footwear / accessories brands . Strong knowledge of demand planning, sourcing, inventory management, and international logistics. Experience managing suppliers and factories across multiple countries. Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory platforms, and reporting tools. Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent communication skills in English. Preferred Background Candidates from luxury footwear, designer fashion, premium handbags, accessories, or high-end department stores will be highly preferred.
