Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Supervise procurement, inventory, warehousing, operations, and transportation activities.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage purchasing activities.
- Ensure proper inventory control using FIFO / FEFO.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 8 12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
- 3 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is a must.
