Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
 Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee procurement activities, vendor negotiations, and long-term supplier management.
Ensure optimal stock levels and effective control of all raw materials and finished goods.
Collaborate with Production, Sales, and R&D to maintain accurate supply demand alignment.
Lead logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations to maximize efficiency.
Analyze KPIs and operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to enhance overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
(MBA is a strong plus)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain or related functions.
Proven managerial experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong command of ERP/SAP systems, forecasting, and demand planning.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
