Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards throughout the supply chain.
  • Analyze data and trends to anticipate potential disruptions and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to optimize transportation and distribution processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain activities, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
  • Manage transportation, storage, and distribution operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyze and forecast logistical needs and plan demand and distribution accordingly.
  • Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions to ensure business continuity.
  • Optimize logistics processes and reduce costs and delivery times.
  • Provide transport vehicles for sales and warehousing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 10 year and maximum of 15 year of relevant experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing logistics, procurement, and inventory operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for effective supplier and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing business needs.
