Roles & Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Manager is accountable for the planning and execution of all contracting and procurement activities in a project (or a portfolio of smaller projects) in accordance with Project requirements, making the best use of the actual and potential markets, and the application of standard processes, systems and controls.

The scope of this position covers all contracts in Oman during the development and execution phase. This involves a complex portfolio of larger and smaller contracts from the Assess phase till project completion. The complexity is driven by implementation of multiple overlapping phases of the project where design, fabrication and implementation takes place in multiple wells. Uncertainties resulting from working in a less well understood environment and subsurface conditions of the field, add to the complexity.
