Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To lead and manage the entire supply chain function including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and planning, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of electrical products to support the company’s distribution network across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Oversee both international and local sourcing, especially from key regions such as China, Europe, and Japan.
• Manage purchasing operations including order planning, supplier negotiations, shipment scheduling, and delivery follow-up.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across branches without overstocking.
• Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring proper receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Improve logistics efficiency, ensuring timely deliveries to branches and customers.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, customer service, and legal departments to align supply chain operations with business needs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and enhance supply chain performance.
• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and government requirements.
• Evaluate and develop supplier performance and explore cost-saving opportunities.
• Support digital transformation by implementing systems for supply chain monitoring and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in the electrical or trading sector.
• Strong skills in negotiation, planning, and decision-making.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo) and inventory management software.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
