The Manager responsibility is also making sure that all ideals set for the bars are correct, to ensure that these ideals will give the bars the tools to have a healthy flow of goods in their inventory, without having too much in stock and without running out of goods. It’s also the responsibility of the SCM and to address bar managers with waste problems to make sure that they receive the right guidance to keep up a healthy waste control.
The SCM also has the responsibility of following up with the 4PL partner, to ensure that inventory- and warehousing forecast is up to date.
