Missions

Supply Chain Management

Identify the needs for raw materials, ingredients and packaging for production

Selecting and negotiating with suppliers to guarantee the quality and delivery times of raw materials

Manage supplier relationships and monitor procurement performance

Inventory Management

Oversee the management of raw material, semi-finished and finished product inventories to ensure a continuous supply without excess

Implement inventory management tools (automatic replenishment systems, demand forecasting, etc.)

Conduct regular inventories and ensure stock control

Production Planning

Collaborating with the production department to establish production plans based on forecasted demand

Manage priorities and adjust schedules according to variations in demand and delivery times

Ensure close coordination with production to avoid stockouts and optimize production flows

Logistics and Transport

Organize the distribution and delivery of finished products while respecting deadlines and costs

Select carriers and negotiate transport contracts

Track product shipments, resolve logistical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Establish performance indicators to measure supply chain efficiency (service rate, logistics costs, delivery time, etc.)

Provide regular reports on inventory status, supplier performance, and logistics trends.

Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize processes

Risk Management

Identify potential risks in the supply chain (stockouts, quality problems, delays, etc.) and propose action plans

To manage crises and emergencies related to supplies and logistics

Profile

Education : Master's degree (Bac +5) in supply chain management, logistics, or equivalent

Experience : Minimum 5-7 years of supply chain experience in the food industry

Languages : French, English (a third language is a plus)

Key skills:

Excellent supply chain and logistics flow management

Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities

Knowledge of supply chain management tools (ERP, WMS, etc.)

Skills in negotiating with suppliers and carriers

Strong focus on cost optimization and time reduction
