Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

• Track and monitor Purchase Orders (POs), delivery timelines, and logistics follow-ups
• Handle procurement activities, including supplier communication, quotation review, and purchasing.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to manage procurement and inventory levels.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise quality control processes, ensuring products meet required standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments, inventory, and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with vendors and logistics partners.
• Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Support the implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and production teams to streamline operations.
• Generate regular reports on supply chain activities and present findings to management.

English level B2 C1 (Fluent).

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, and planning best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
• Familiarity with procurement, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
