• maintain accurate and up to date records of inventory, orders, and shipments.

• monitor stock levels and plan procurement to avoid shortages or overstock.
• oversee transportation and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• lead and supervise supply chain staff.
• schedule and assign tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• implement and enforce company policies and safety standards.
• identify and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or supply disruptions.
• generate regular reports on supply chain performance and stock levels.
• Track and follow up with all shipments.
• Make sure all shipments reach on its scheduled date.
