Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement procurement strategy to maximize efficiency, reliability, quality, timeliness, and cost effectiveness for purchases made by the company.

Assists the Procurement Lead in risk management for supply contracts and agreements.

Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations,

Control spending and work towards long-term savings on procurement costs.

Work closely with the project team to understand the details of procurement requirements.

Finding goods and services for the company at the best value regarding quality and price.

Meeting budget constraints to increase profitability.

Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders.

Analyze invoices to ensure the accuracy of goods delivered.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum qualification is a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations management or equivalent. Accredited certification will be a plus i.e. CIPS.

Experience Min. 3 yrs.
