Roles & Responsibilities
Hiring: Supply Chain Officer
Al Mana Qatar
Are you a supply chain professional with strong logistics, procurement, and inventory management experience? We are looking for a Supply Chain Officer to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations across Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations
Coordinate imports, exports, customs clearance, and freight forwarding activities
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
Monitor inventory levels and improve stock turnover and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, documentation, and company policies
Support new store openings and business expansion projects
Analyze supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
4 7 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, preferably within the GCC
Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, freight forwarding, and customs processes
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain reporting tools
Excellent analytical, negotiation skills
Ability to work in a retail environment
