Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support supply chain process improvement initiatives across Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
  • Analyze current workflows and support the design and implementation of improved future-state processes.
  • Identify improvement opportunities focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and service level enhancement.
  • Support standardization and automation of repetitive supply chain activities.

Data & System Management

  • Support data cleansing, validation, and governance activities within Oracle modules (Inventory, Purchasing, BOM, WIP, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment between Oracle EBS and reporting dashboards.
  • Prepare and maintain KPI dashboards to track supply chain performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with IT and system consultants on reporting automation and system enhancements.

Project Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate supply chain improvement and digital projects across functional teams.
  • Track milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Prepare progress reports, performance analysis, and improvement summaries for management review.

Stakeholder Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams to translate operational challenges into improvement actions.
  • Coordinate with Oracle consultants, IT teams, and data analysts to support project delivery.
  • Support training and knowledge sharing to improve system utilization and data literacy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Improvement in process cycle time
  • Oracle data accuracy & integrity

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 8 years of experience in Supply Chain operations, process improvement, or supply chain analytics.
  • Professional Supply Chain certification preferred (CPIM, CSCP, CPSM).
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle EBS (Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing modules).
  • Experience in data analytics and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics).
  • Hands-on exposure to process improvement projects, data cleansing, and reporting automation.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt is a plus.
