Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities related to industrial transfers.
Analyze, process and confirm requirements, then transmit them to suppliers in order to reduce the risks of stockouts and their impact on inventory.
Collect delivery times and quantities and alert internal clients as well as management in case of misalignment between delivery forecasts, repair data and actual needs.
assess the impact on the end customer in case of a deviation or break, and trigger the appropriate escalation process.
Negotiating distances and quantities within the framework of the contractual framework defined by the purchasing department.
Anticipate disruptions and manage the associated corrective actions.
Monitor the progress of manufacturing or repair at suppliers, ensure the smooth flow of goods until receipt, handle administrative disputes and ensure rigorous follow-up of supplier reminders.
Update and optimize management data, including parameters related to deadlines and quantities.
Measure and analyze supplier performance, manage corrective action plans on a firm and flexible horizon.
Contribute to the negotiation of contractual frameworks in collaboration with the purchasing department.
Ensure the proper execution of the supply plan over the firm and flexible horizon, through supply chain diagnostics, analysis of medium-term disruptions, and assessment of load-capacity with the Supplier Performance Manager (SPM).
To lead a task force in the event of a critical situation or crisis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required skills:
- My proficiency with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) and Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills and prioritization
- Good supplier relations and cross-functional communication
Formation :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in logistics, supply chain or industrial management
