Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze needs before placing orders and intervene with interested parties in case of discrepancies in deadlines or quantities.

Express requirements at a defined frequency.

Manage the processing and launching of orders while respecting the stock policy

Ensure the recording of acknowledgments of received commands issued

Monitor order lines after they are sent to suppliers and intervene if necessary to ensure that the deadlines and quantities requested are met.

Update the ERP system according to the progress of current order lines and ensure material coverage.

Record the order line receipt dates on the ERP system, the storage platform, and according to the current workflow.

Ensure the receipt and invoicing of ordered lines

Ensure the application of the escalation process in case of delays or failure to meet commitments by suppliers

Process action messages by optimizing stocks, analyzing excess and unnecessary quantities, and then implementing the necessary actions.

Participate in crisis management with suppliers

Respect the environmental guidelines and procedures related to your activities.

In the event of an environmental incident (water leak, spill, non-compliance with waste sorting, fire, etc.), alert the line manager/E&S representative.
