Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Preparing samples in line with customer requests and creating model-based quotations,

  • Negotiating prices and delivery lead times,
  • Presenting alternative fabric, accessory, printing/embroidery, and sewing techniques to customers,
  • Reviewing and evaluating models in terms of fabric, accessories, and garment production,
  • Ensuring the creation of purchasing plans (fabric, accessories) and production plans (cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, quality control) in accordance with order delivery schedules,
  • Ensuring orders are produced on time and at the required quality standards, while managing customer relationships,
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to the team, and supporting competency and performance development.

Minimum 5 years of experience in weaving production and quality management systems,

  • Strong network of domestic/abroad fabric suppliers,
  • Good command of MS Office,
  • Good command of English,
  • Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills,
  • Capable of managing a team and working effectively within a team,
  • Successful communication skills, customer-oriented,
  • Able to actively drive a vehicle,
  • Experience with SAP as a competent user.
