Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Determine efficient utilization of resources by analyze layouts, labor force, equipment, driver and equipment utilization charts.
  • Assist in development of innovative solutions to solve supply chain problems.
  • Responsible for developing and sustaining robust, cost effective solutions and processes.
  • Translate corporate-level and regional initiatives into the overall network optimization plan.
  • Establish data and project plans, as well as manage and leading projects for logistics, transportation, and warehouse efficiency projects and inventory to support order fulfillment objectives and projects.
  • Develop, present and execute a funnel of strategies and tactics to reduce cost-and supply risk through disciplined analytics, trending, modeling.
  • Manage technical external relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Keeping abreast of developments in supply chain engineering.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Degree coursework in Supply Chain/Management is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Engineering operations, best practices, supply chain analytics & KPI measurement.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning programs and tools.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to details.
