Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor all supply chain operations to ensure timely procurement, production, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
Collaborate with internal departments including production, quality assurance, and procurement to optimize inventory levels and minimize shortages or overstock.
Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other external partners to ensure high-quality, cost-effective sourcing and delivery.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to orders, shipments, and inventory transactions.
Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Assist in the resolution of supply chain issues, including delays, shortages, and quality concerns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to pharmaceutical supply chains is a plus.
