Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store and warehouse operations
- Handle stock receiving, inspection, arrangement, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate records of stock in & stock out
- Ensure proper inventory control and documentation
- Conduct regular stock taking (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams for stock requirements
- Manage purchasing of the goods
- Follow proper FIFO, expiry tracking, and storage standards
- Monitor minimum stock levels and support re-ordering
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper organization
- Prepare basic stock and purchase reports for management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or distribution companies is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of inventory systems and stock procedures
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, stock sheets, ERP if any)
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Physically fit to manage warehouse activities
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
