Supply Chain Visibility Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Visibility Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain visibility solutions to improve tracking, tracing, and monitoring of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Visibility Solution Design: Design and implement supply chain visibility solutions, including tracking, tracing, and monitoring of shipments.

2. Data Analytics: Analyze data from various sources, including transportation management systems, warehouse management systems, and GPS tracking devices.

3. Supply Chain Mapping: Create visual representations of supply chain operations, including mapping of transportation routes, warehouse locations, and inventory levels.

4. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including logistics, transportation, and warehouse teams, to ensure seamless implementation of supply chain visibility solutions.

5. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, including transportation providers, warehouse operators, and technology providers.

6. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain visibility processes, including identifying areas for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and service enhancement.

7. Reporting and Dashboarding: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into supply chain operations, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in supply chain visibility software, including transportation management systems, warehouse management systems, and GPS tracking devices.

4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, interpretation, and presentation.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
