Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) Planner to join our Supply Chain team at PepsiCo Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the deployment of finished goods across our distribution network to ensure high product availability, cost-efficient logistics, and service excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and planning processes, with the ability to balance demand, inventory, and logistics constraints while driving continuous improvement in planning efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities Lead the execution of DRP cycles, ensuring timely and accurate product deployment to warehouses and distribution centers. Maintain optimal inventory levels across the network, avoiding both shortages and excess. Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and Transportation teams to align on distribution priorities and inventory strategies. Monitor KPI performance (Order Fulfillment Rate, freshness, deployment accuracy) and identify areas for improvement. Ensure all planning parameters (lead times, safety stocks, and reorder points) are regularly reviewed and updated in planning systems. Analyze replenishment trends and provide insights for capacity planning and network optimization. Support new initiatives and transformation projects, including process automation, warehouse integration, and system enhancements. Drive operational discipline and best practices within the DRP process to improve efficiency and service performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.

  • 0 1 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Logistics (preferably within FMCG).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with large data sets; knowledge of SAP/APO or JDA is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Fluent in English.
