Supply Planner Biscuits Morocco & Levant Mondelez

You will:

• Develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally
• Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan
• Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planning
• Deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacity considerations) and material requirement plans by using system tools
• Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company KPIs

b>What you need to know about this position:/b>

Supply planner, Biscuits, Morocco and Levant has to manage the generation of replenishment and production forecasting information for Morocco sites as well as for our co-manufacturing site in Tunisia ensuring accuracy of information and timeliness of publication and ensuring that mid- to long-term supply plan is in line with business plans. Optimize inventory across the supply chain.

b>Job specific requirements:/b>

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Supply chain preferably in planning.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP APO,
• Analytical skills in the tracking, reconciliation of data and development of Management Reporting to facilitate informed Business Decision Making.
• Numerate and Technical skills to ensure robustness and integrity of the high volume of data produced.
• Deliver cash, cost and service levels in line with targets
• Change Management skills
• Communication Skills and Team Player characteristics.
