Preparing forecasts of Supply needs, and planning yearly, monthly & weekly production plans based on historical data and current trends

• Track inventory levels to ensure availability of Raw materials, Packaging materials and/or other components needed to produce the finished product to ensure the plan execution.
• Ensuring the business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials.
• Coordinate prioritization of production orders execution with the production as per production plan and follow up the production plan progress to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time
• Creating inventory reports and presenting suggestions to related parties.
• Suggesting changes to inventory warehousing to meet increased or reduced demand.
• Follow up on distribution plan for branches with WH according to the stock levels.
• Follow up with Shipping for orders to ensuring materials arrive in our WH.

• Bachelor s degree in engineering, industrial, business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
• Min. of 3 years of experience in a planning/forecasting role.
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
