Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Supply Planning: Develop and maintain master production plan, balancing demand forecasts, inventory targets, and production constraints.
Production Execution: Coordinate with manufacturing sites to ensure timely production and delivery of finished goods.
Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while maintaining high service levels and avoiding stockouts or excess.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with demand planners, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and resolve supply issues.
Project Management: Support new product launches and promotional activities by ensuring supply readiness and managing risks.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve planning, accuracy and efficiency.
System Utilization: Use SAP, Kinaxis and other planning tools to manage supply chain processes and generate reports.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.

Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in engineering.
2-4 years of work experience in Planning or Supply Chain experience
Proficiency in PC based software tools (Microsoft Office Suite), SAP, Kinaxis (preferred),
Digital proficiency in PowerBI.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experiences & Qualifications
