Roles & Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Supply Planning Administrator is responsible for coordinating and following up on confirmed shipments, as well as procuring non-merchandise commodities and services in accordance with the company s policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Procure requisitions, acquire items/services for operations, issue purchase orders to preferred suppliers, and resolve any issues related to supply orders.

Collect and submit all necessary information and documents on suppliers/service providers to corresponding internal departments. Conduct continuous research to identify new potential suppliers and remain informed on new products.

Provide operational support and coordinate with the shared services center in day-to-day activities.

Oversee the warehouse team in managing deliveries to and from warehouses. Monitor warehouse operations costs and maintain appropriate stock levels for non-merchandise items.

Follow up on license renewals, processes marine insurance claims, handle shop process claims, obtain necessary approvals, and register items with both private and public organizations to ensure a smooth flow of the supply chain.

Validate purchase orders and invoices, oversee and negotiate small category contracts, conduct value analysis, and perform contract administration as needed.

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

Zero to one years of experience in a similar role.
