Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the supply team through training and performance monitoring to achieve KPIs for pricing requests and ongoing operations.
• Reduced pricing response time, improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive nationwide database of vehicles and suppliers; analyze and update data to align with future operational needs.
• Design and implement trip classification and pricing mechanisms based on operational costs and supplier margins (direct contracts or intermediaries).
• Enhance supplier relationships and resolve contractual issues across all operational stages.
• Handle client requests, ensuring complete data collection for optimized route planning and analysis.
• Verify driver and vehicle documentation, conduct inspections, and ensure training compliance before operations start.
• Oversee onboarding and performance of new drivers for 2 4 weeks; transition monitoring to Operations once performance standards are met.
• Prepare and present performance reports for supervisors and daily/weekly/monthly supply dashboards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the transportation or supply chain industry.
• Demonstrated achievements in supply operations and procurement.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in smart and tech-driven solutions for supply and planning.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
