About the role

The Supply Transformation Lead will spearhead strategic initiatives to transform Supply Chain Operation across key product categories liquids, powders, and health. This role is critical to driving productivity savings, establishing new supply chains, sourcing analysis and delivering impactful projects that support business growth and agility.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead and execute transformation projects across manufacturing sites and supply operations.
  • Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements across the supply chain
  • Collaborate with international cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Commercial.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track and report on transformation KPIs and milestones.
  • Lead change management across the region and capability building across teams.
The experience we're looking for
  • Manufacturing Experience in FMCG or Health sectors, with hands-on exposure to liquids, powders, or health product lines.
  • Proven Project Management experience, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, international trade and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation projects.
  • Min 8-10 years of Supply / Manufacturing experience, preferably in regional roles.
