Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Processing support requests and providing high-quality technical support to our customers.
- Analyze and process customer service requests.
- Receive customer support and maintenance calls.
- Participate in the drafting of test plans relating to the functional requirements of our ERP products (Odoo).
- Perform the manual tests.
- Collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve issues reported in bug trackers, closely monitoring their resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required qualifications:
- Proficiency in using computer tools.
- Analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mind and rigor.
- Meticulous, independent, and well-organized.
- Team spirit, good communication.
- Knowledge of ERP/management software.
- Understanding the functional needs related to business management.
Facultative :
- Proficiency in PYTHON and JS programming languages and automated testing.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server.
- Basic knowledge of Linux Server.
