Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical support to store users for point-of-sale and office automation solutions.
Monitor the interfaces between stores and headquarters, perform daily checks of the databases (revenue, synchronization, etc.).
To provide technical assistance to all users in the company on hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and resolve level 1 incidents (PC, peripherals, software, telephony, etc.).
Install, configure and maintain IT equipment in accordance with SLAs.
Work in coordination with IT teams for network incidents; create and update internal procedures.
Use the GLPI platform, telephones and email to process requests and incidents within the timeframes defined by the SLAs.
Escalate complex incidents to the next level while ensuring follow-up and communication with users.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education level / Foreign languages / Technical skills:
Syst mes d exploitation : Windows 11, Windows Server
Office tools: Microsoft Office suite
Networking: Basic concepts in network setup and diagnostics
Equipment: PCs, printers, scanners, IP phones
ERP and specific software: Knowledge of a point-of-sale software, ERP (SAP is a plus)
Ticketing tool: GLPI
ALS monitoring
Search profile
Higher education in computer science or computer science student
Very good level of French (C1 minimum) both spoken and written, English B1.
Autonomy, rigor and the ability to manage several requests simultaneously.
Good interpersonal skills, proactive communication and diplomacy in user management.
Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in emergencies and manage crisis situations.
