Maintain real-time communication with emergency responders, property owners, and stakeholders during incidents. Assess alarm signals to determine their nature and coordinate appropriate responses with emergency services. Manage operational workflows for 24/7 monitoring services effectively. Ensure compliance with industry standards for alarm handling and response protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ARC operations using AI-powered analytics and business intelligence tools. Analyze alarm data trends to improve system efficiency and reduce false alarms. Help implement best practices for ARC operations to enhance reliability and scalability. Keep abreast of relevant emerging technologies such as IoT devices, edge computing solutions, and converged security systems. Develop detailed incident reports for documentation and future analysis. Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols within ARC systems to protect sensitive data. Provide strategic inputs on improving ARC processes in line with organizational goals. Education: High school or bachelor’s degree. Experience: Call Center experience Proficiency in alarm verification, assessment, and response coordination is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking for evaluating alarm data trends and optimizing system performance is an advantage.
