Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supporter and coach operators and team leaders on the use of the 3DEXP SOI tool

Ensure a field presence (Proxi Support) to respond to problems in real time

Communicate effectively with different trades (Production, Methods, Projects)

Report user irritants and propose areas for improvement

Facilitate the development of skills of the teams on specific digital tools

Ensure compliance with the digital processes defined by the group

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile:

Support/User coach to support production teams in the deployment and use of new digital manufacturing tools. Ensuring the proper appropriation of digital solutions in the field. Expert in change management, you ensure the link between the production trades (Operators, Team Leaders) and complex IT tools. Confirmed experience in proximity support within advanced industrial environments. Strong listening skills, pedagogy and excellent adaptability. You are a source of proposals to solve user blocking points and promote operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Required profile: Bac+3 Bac+5, you have a first successful experience as an Application Support or User Coach in an industrial environment.
  • Required experience: 1st significant experience in proximity support/coaching.
  • Communication level: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to popularize technical tools.
  • Tools and Methodologies: Knowledge of Airbus environments (MES preferably), mastery of 3DEXPERIENCE is a plus
