Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for effective organization and easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate office activities and ensure tasks are completed on time, aligning with project deadlines.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Provide support to team members and management in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the office operates efficiently by addressing administrative needs and resolving any issues promptly.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • High School certificate or Diploma or Bachelor
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in administrative support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate with strong organizational and time management skills.
