Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the phosphating line and associated staff.
- Control the chemical parameters of the baths (pH, temperature, concentration).
- Ensure proper process flow: degreasing, rinsing, phosphating, drying.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain treatment traceability.
- Train personnel in safety and quality procedures.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize rubber-to-metal adhesion.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Engineer or Technician in Industrial Chemistry, Surface Treatment, or Materials Science.
Experience: 3 to 8 years managing a phosphating or surface treatment line.
Skills: Zn/Fe phosphate processes, conversion coating, aluminium anodizing.
Qualities: rigor, organizational skills, leadership, autonomy.
