Surface Well Testing Supervisor

Operational Leadership:

• Supervise and coordinate well testing operations at the well site, ensuring compliance with all technical and safety requirements.

• Plan and execute well testing programs, including clean-up, flowback, and production testing.

• Ensure that all test data is accurate, validated, and reported in a timely manner.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of operators and technicians to achieve operational excellence.

• Conduct pre-job meetings, safety briefings, and post-job evaluations.

HSE Compliance:

• Enforce company and client HSE policies, ensuring zero incidents during operations.

• Participate in hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety audits.

Equipment & Maintenance:

• Oversee the mobilization, rig-up, operation, and demobilization of well testing equipment.

• Ensure all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and certified according to standards.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.

Client & Reporting Interface:

• Serve as the primary site contact with the client s representative.

• Prepare detailed daily and final well test reports.

• Provide operational feedback and recommendations for performance improvement.
