Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed land and site surveys using advanced surveying equipment and technology.
  • Interpret and analyze survey data to produce accurate maps, plans, and reports.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure precise project execution.
  • Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks on project sites.
  • Verify measurements and calculations to ensure compliance with project specifications and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of survey results and field notes.
  • Assist in the preparation of topographic and boundary surveys for sports facility development.
  • Utilize GIS and CAD software to process and present survey data.
  • Ensure all surveying activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior survey staff and project stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited Surveying Institute with a minimum overall grade of Good.
  • Strong hands-on experience in using surveying instruments, particularly Total Station.
  • Excellent proficiency in topographic surveying, point staking, and preparing leveling grids.
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
  • Disciplined, reliable, and able to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines.
