Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Preparation of monthly Invoice for remeasured item rate as per contract

  2. Prepare Bill of Quantity on various types of works during Tender and post award stages of the projects

  3. Preparing measurement preambles as necessary, to suit the project requirements

  4. Interpretation of Contract Terms and conditions

  5. Preparation of Claims / variation

  6. Assist Estimation Team for Technical & Commercial Bid Preparation

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.

  • Professional certification such as MRICS, RICS, or equivalent is highly preferred for credibility in the field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.

  • Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is advantageous for complex cost management.


Candidates must have relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects. ✅ Clean Shave facial policy is applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro Line, Building Line, or Road Infrastructure experience are NOT eligible No Building construction experience except for road safety coordinators
