Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct precise land surveys using advanced technology, ensuring accurate data collection for mapping and construction.
  • Prepare detailed survey reports and documentation, clearly communicating findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to provide expert advice on project feasibility and land use.
  • Analyze survey data and create topographical maps to assist in the planning of construction projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Professional licensure as a Land Surveyor, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and ethics.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in surveying, preferably in construction or civil engineering sectors.
  • Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners for accurate measurements.
