Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct precise land surveys using advanced technology, ensuring accurate data collection for mapping and construction.
- Prepare detailed survey reports and documentation, clearly communicating findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to provide expert advice on project feasibility and land use.
- Analyze survey data and create topographical maps to assist in the planning of construction projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure as a Land Surveyor, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and ethics.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in surveying, preferably in construction or civil engineering sectors.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners for accurate measurements.
