Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed land surveys using advanced technology and equipment to ensure precise measurements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate maps, reports, and legal documents that reflect survey findings and land ownership.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to provide critical data for design and construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Analyze survey data and make recommendations for land use, zoning, and environmental considerations.
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure that work complies with surveying specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for spatial analysis and data visualization to enhance project planning.
  • Supervise and train junior surveyors and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS applications, showcasing technical expertise.
  • Professional licensure as a Land Surveyor is mandatory, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
