Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Sushi Chef de Partie to join our new Japanese concept in Gemmayzeh.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi rolls according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure quality, freshness, and consistency of sushi ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the sushi bar.
- Assist with prep and mise en place before service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef de Partie.
- Experience in Japanese or Asian cuisine is required.
- Asian nationality preferred.
