Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing sushi dishes while maintaining a balance of flavor, texture, and presentation.
Select high-quality fish and ingredients, maintaining strict standards of freshness and sustainability for customer satisfaction.
Efficiently manage kitchen operations, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment during peak hours.
Create and innovate on sushi menus, experimenting with seasonal ingredients and unique flavor combinations to enhance customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Formal culinary education (diploma or certification preferred)
Proven experience working as a sushi chef or in a similar role
Certification in food safety and sanitation is preferred, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safe food handling practices.
