Strategic Sustainability Planning

• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in sustainability practices.
• Gather data on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts for assessments.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing KPIs related to sustainability initiatives.

Initiatives Planning and Implementation

• Assist in gathering data to inform detailed plans for sustainability initiatives.
• Track and analyze data to ensure initiatives are on track and meeting objectives.
• Analyze resource utilization and provide recommendations for optimization.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Assist in preparing sustainability reports and presentations with relevant data and insights.
• Develop and analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Assist in developing project plans by providing data on timelines, resource needs, and budgets.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure they align with organizational objectives.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

• Monitor resource allocation for pilot programs and R&D efforts to ensure efficiency.
• Support collaboration with R&D by gathering data on sustainable materials and methods.

Policies, Processes and Procedures

• Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
