Roles & Responsibilities
Position Overview
The Sustainability Executive role in Dubai supports the delivery of Majid Al Futtaim Group s sustainability and ESG strategy, Dare Today, Change Tomorrow. This position works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to implement sustainability initiatives, manage ESG data and reporting, and strengthen the Group s environmental and social impact across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to senior leadership in executing the Group s sustainability and ESG strategy
- Support social impact initiatives and partnerships with government and community organizations
- Assist with employee health, wellness, and career development programs
- Monitor and support reporting on carbon emissions, energy usage, and utilities
- Contribute to projects targeting green building certifications such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and WELL Building Standard
- Prepare internal and external sustainability and ESG reports, including annual sustainability reports and award submissions
- Collect, analyze, and present sustainability data and benchmark best practices
- Support implementation of environmental, social, and governance reporting frameworks and standards
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and track sustainability targets and KPIs across the Group

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline
- 0 to 1 year of experience in sustainability roles within corporate or consultancy environments
- Foundational understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and real estate-related sustainability practices
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage data and reporting tasks
- Sustainability certification such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design or WELL Accredited Professional is preferred
