Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Sustainability Manager to lead our sustainability initiatives in the oil and gas sector. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact, promote sustainable practices, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee sustainability strategies aligned with corporate goals and industry best practices.

• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international environmental regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with internal departments to integrate sustainable practices into all operations.

• Monitor environmental performance and prepare reports on sustainability metrics and initiatives.

• Lead projects focused on reducing carbon emissions, energy consumption, and waste.

• Engage with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, partners, and communities, to promote transparency and accountability.

• Stay informed on trends and innovations in sustainability, particularly in the oil and gas sector.

• Provide training and awareness programs to staff on sustainability goals and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a related role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, ESG frameworks, and sustainability best practices.

• Proven project management skills with a track record of leading successful sustainability initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
