Sustainability Reporting Lead

The Royal Commission for AlUla 

Lead the development of AlUla s annual and regular Sustainability Reports.

Engage with RCU s relevant internal and external stakeholders to collect data, KPIs and metrics related to sustainability and RCU s material topics.

Conduct an analysis of the collected data and map them against international reporting standards (i, e. GRI, UN SDGs, etc.) and disclosures, and sustainability frameworks.

Shape and craft a strategic narrative for the reports, integrate RCU s materiality assessment results to craft a narrative that links strategic priorities, risks and KPIs including defining the key messages and overall positioning.

Ensure continuous engagement with RCU departments throughout the development process to verify inputs and ensure alignment.

Benchmark against national and international peers to keep up to date and incorporate emerging best practices into RCU s sustainability approach.

Facilitate and support the process of obtaining the necessary approvals from RCU s top management prior to publication.

Collaborate with the relevant sector to develop the communication plan for publishing the report.

Lead the development of sustainability-related reports, in line with the department s annual plan.

Assist in enhancing the sustainability reporting process in alignment with RCU approved organizational processes.
