Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
SVA Engineer
Diagnosing and resolving complex incidents (level 2 & 3)
- Provide technical support to field technicians and supervisors
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and propose sustainable solutions
- Analyze technical needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Managing critical situations
- Coordinate multi-site interventions if necessary
- Ensure technical communication with the client
- Produce detailed analytical reports
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Participate in improving after-sales service procedures
- Prepare detailed technical reports
- To carry out and manage technical tasks on site
- Providing on-site workshop support for equipment repair, configuration, and preparation
- Provides training to the end customer
- Ensures the drafting of technical guides
- Training and mentoring technicians
Degree: Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in technology, electronics, networks and telecommunications, computer science, electrical engineering, electronics or a similar field
