Roles & Responsibilities

As the SVP of Engineering you will operate in a capacity similar to a CTO, taking full ownership of the technical and strategic direction of the platform. You will lead the development of a super app built on three core pillars comprising banking, trading, and crypto. Your mission is to harness AI and data to build products that resonate with a tech savvy audience. You will lead cross functional teams to ensure the technology is seamless, secure, and ahead of market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Extensive experience leading technical teams and building complex digital products from scratch.

- Deep expertise in AI and data science with a track record of applying these technologies to financial products.

- Proven ability to manage cross functional departments including engineering, product, and data.

- Strong understanding of the fintech landscape including trading platforms and crypto assets.

- Experience building products specifically targeted at Gen Z or younger demographic segments.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast paced venture environment.

- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to articulate a technical vision to stakeholders.
