Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook sweet corn and momos according to established recipes, maintaining consistent quality and taste.
  • Manage the cooking station, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards at all times.
  • Efficiently handle customer orders, taking them accurately and serving them promptly with a friendly demeanor.
  • Monitor inventory levels, and inform the supervisor when supplies are low, to ensure smooth operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably making momos and sweet corn.
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with relevant certifications being a plus.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in English or Hindi, with the ability to take and understand customer orders.
