Started in the year 1990, Sweets of Oman had a rather humble beginning as a relatively small manufacturer and supplier of confectionery in the Sultanate of Oman. Over the decades, it has grown into an award winning brand manufacturing high quality confectionery. Initially the company was into local distribution only, but later in 1999 ventured into exporting small quantities to neighboring countries. After seeing success over the years, the brand exports its products to over 45 countries including, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait, Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, Libya, Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America, Singapore, China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Ethiopia, Kenya, Zanzibar, Angola, South Africa, and Tanzania, among others.
The company markets its products under many brand names. Some of the brands and products marketed under them include:

Following its commitment to quality, Sweets of Oman has a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point certification as well as certification from British Retail Consortium. The products are all certified as HALAL which makes them 100% vegetarian. The company has also won the Prestigious His Majesty’s Cup in the Year 2012 and 2013.
